1080p quality is not being downloaded for me. I noticed under manual search that 1080p are marked as unknown qualities. e.g. today both ‘copper’ and ‘under the dome’ 1080p releases are identified as unknown quality.
Its because that release doesn’t have HDTV, or Web DL in the filename, just 1080p. I’ll get NzbDrone to handle them as HDTV 1080p.

Thanks markus101. The episodes are now correctly marked, however, If I use auto search WEB-DL 720P will be downloaded instead of HDTV 1080P.
Thats because NzbDrone treats WEBDL as a better source than HDTV, regardless of the resolution, there is a lot of debate around that, but thats hows its been done. Similarly BR702p would be grabbed over WEBDL 1080p.
