The.Island.with.Bear.Grylls.S05E06.1080i.HDTV.DD2.0.H.264-NTb
Considering that the title contains 264, shouldn’t that indicate that it is not RAW?
I assume its the 1080i that’s making Sonarr determine that it is RAW?

MPEG2 is commonly used for broadcasts, but h264 and h265 are used in various regions as well. We don’t have plans to change how those releases are detected as they are RAW HD and don’t fit into 720p or 1080p qualities.

So the determination is based on mediainfo.dll examining the content and not the title?

It’s based on the title when parsing RSS/search results.

Sonarr uses a combination of keywords to detect RawHD, including 1080i and MPEG2. RawHD contains mostly .ts files.
